A live wedding painting is more than a beautiful keepsake, it’s an experience your guests can enjoy throughout your celebration as they watch your special moment come to life on canvas.

Before Your Wedding

1. Enquire
Submit an enquiry through the Contact page with your wedding date and details. I’ll generally respond within 12–24 hours.

2. Secure Your Date
A 20% deposit secures your booking, with the remaining balance due one week before your wedding.

3. Artwork Planning
Approximately 2–3 weeks before your wedding, we’ll finalise your painting details via email or written correspondence. We’ll discuss your chosen scene, colours, poses and any special details you’d like captured. You can provide your ideas and inspiration, or leave the creative direction to me.

On Your Wedding Day

4. I Arrive & Begin Painting
I’ll typically arrive 2–3 hours before your ceremony to set up and begin working on the background and foundations of your painting. I’m usually at the venue for approximately 7–9 hours, depending on your package and chosen scene.

5. Your Moment is Captured
When your chosen moment arrives, I’ll take photographs and notes to use as reference. I’ll then incorporate you and your partner into the painting while your guests enjoy watching the artwork come to life.

6. The Painting Takes Shape

As your celebration unfolds, so does your painting. By the end of the day, the foundations of your artwork will be established, with you and your partner brought to life within the scene. While the level of completion can vary depending on the flow and timing of your wedding, the key elements will be captured before I take your painting back to my studio to refine the details, add the finishing touches and professionally varnish your one-of-a-kind artwork.

After Your Wedding

7. Your Artwork is Finished
Your painting is completed in my studio, which generally takes 2–4 weeks, depending on the size and level of detail.

8. Delivered to You
Once finished, your artwork will be professionally packaged and either shipped to you or arranged for local collection.
