
HOW IT WORKS
Your guests are welcome to come up to me at any time during your event to have their photo taken. Their illustrations will be created from these photos using Copic markers and premium quality paper. Each illustration will be presented in a cellophane sleeve for protection to take home at the end of the event.

Do guests need to wait while they’re being drawn?
Not at all, I simply snap a quick pic of the guests which I will use as reference to illustrate. This means no hanging around for the guests, they can continue to mingle, finish their glass of champagne…but they are also welcome to watch me work my magic. The guests can collect their finished portraits towards the end of the event.

Will you draw more than 2 people at a time?
I usually aim to include just two people per A5 illustration to make sure to capture as many guests as possible during the event. But I'm a bit of a "push-over", so I'm happy to make exceptions sometimes!

Do I need to provide any equipment?
All I require is a large table (decorated as you wish), a chair and access near a power outlet. I will bring all of the materials required for the illustrations.
How big are the drawings?
I use A5 paper, which is half the size of an A4 page.
Do you mind if people watch you draw?
I absolutely love to chat and getting to know people and I welcome any questions. Seeing the artwork coming to life is part of the experience of having me there after all!
Do you only draw at weddings?
Definitely not! I attend all events, whether it’s corporate events, birthday parties, baby showers, weddings and more!
Will you travel?
I am based in Perth, Western Australia, but I am more than happy to travel anywhere for your event. Local events within 50km radius from metro area do not require travel compensation. If your event is beyond this, we can discuss travel costs within your proposal.

How do I book?
Leave me an enquiry, I generally respond within 24-48 hours. I will confirm if I am available and will issue you an invoice with payment details. To secure your date, a 20% deposit of the total package cost (incl travel fees if applicable) is required. The final balance would be due one week prior to your wedding.

What if I have more guests than the package allows?
​​The package guidelines are there to help you estimate what works best for your guest count and schedule. However, you're welcome to book a smaller or larger package depending on your budget and preferences. I understand every event is unique and I'm happy to accommodate where possible.

Can I customise a package or make special requests?
Absolutely! I'm always happy to tailor packages to suit your event. Whether it's a special theme, timing needs, or personal touches, I aim to bring your vision to life.
