LIVE GUEST ILLUSTRATIONS
​Imagine having a live artist at your wedding or event, creating beautiful drawings of your guests and their wonderful outfits. Live guest illustrations are such a unique and interactive experience for your guests who will love watching their drawing come to life right in front of them. It’s not just entertainment; it’s a fun, personal touch they’ll cherish long after the party’s over!
How it works
Your guests can come up at any time during the event to have their photo taken, and I then create their illustrations from these photos using copic markers on premium quality paper. Each illustration is placed in a protective cellophane sleeve so guests can take their portrait home as a keepsake.
Illustrations are usually drawn from the waist up, with a maximum of two people per A5 illustration, but I can be flexible if you let me know in advance. I typically limit guests to one illustration so that as many guests as possible have the opportunity to take part.

Before selecting a package, it’s always worth remembering that at most weddings there will be some guests who prefer to watch the process rather than participate.

Intimate Package - $800
- 3 hours of live illustration
- Suitable for guest numbers 50 & below (Maximum 20 couple portraits)
- 250gsm paper presented in cellophane sleeve for protection
- Option to personalise illustration template
- Studio session to complete leftover illustrations included in the package. These will be posted at no extra cost.
Classic Package - $1600 (Most Popular Package)
- 5 hours of live illustration
- Suitable for guest numbers 60-80 (Maximum 40 couple portraits)
- 250gsm paper presented in cellophane sleeve for protection
- Option to personalise illustration template
- Studio session to complete leftover illustrations included in the package. These will be posted at no extra cost.
Luxury Package - $1800
- 6 hours of live illustration
- Suitable for guest numbers 80-110 (Maximum 50 couple portraits)
- 250gsm paper presented in cellophane sleeve for protection
- Option to personalise illustration template
- Studio session to complete leftover illustrations included in the package. These will be posted at no extra cost.
Additional Studio Session - $200 p/hr
If you’d like additional portraits beyond what’s included in your chosen package, you’re welcome to purchase extra studio illustration time - $200 per hour (approx. 6 A5 illustrations per hour). This is an optional extra if you think majority of your guests would like portraits beyond what is included in your chosen package.​

Complimentary
Newlywed Illustration
As a special thank you, every illustration booking also includes a complimentary portrait of the newlyweds. This piece is created in my studio after the wedding with extra attention to detail and is larger than the guest illustrations, making it an especially meaningful keepsake for the couple.
